Dishwashing is left to the man of the house :)
No, no, I am not complaining. Not at all. He was busy working in the yard all day, so didn't get to the dishes. I am just amazed at how he makes the most mundane things so funny! I was in splits when I walked into the kitchen and saw this. I cleaned up while he was still working. He was so sad when he got back and saw that his "tower" had been demolished.

@xh, yep :) Arey, I am not so bad yaar, I provided the base to the tower. Glass to main hi rakhi thi na ;)
@mez Yard meaning humara backyard. Its spring now, needs a lot of work. We're trying to get our backyard landscaped, but need to do a lot clean-up before we can even get started. We got an orange tree, pomegranate, cherry, tangerine, and a pear tree. And he plants tomatoes and mirchi and dhania and stuff too. Tending to all that is like another full time job :(
budday coming up on the 18th of apr.
@amit :) lol!
seriously...Aner! I love yur hus ka humor...towerr...!
demolished...LOL!
very fun-funny
haha :D
Ha ha ha...so darn cute !!
You know sometimes I feel only men have the creative streak for all this in the kitchen...
Women just want the ordeal to get over...
LOl..!!
@Ella....exxxactly what I was thinking. I would look at the sink and say, oh man, its full again. And he just kept piling and piling and piling and ... I guess came up with this :)
Awwwww...boys will be boys na?
haha..sooooo cute!
I never give hubby dear the job of cleaning vessels ‘coz he hates the job and finds some creative work-around!
@sol Yep :) Everything's a toy that can be played with. Great philosophy, dontcha think?
@pavi Oh, he doesn't mind doing it at all, its boring, but whatever, kar deta hai. I used get totally stressed about dishes and stuff in the sink, and I would constantly be trying to clear it out. Finally, the job got assigned to him, such a relief to me, I tell you! He does it once a day, whenever he feels like, it does pile up at times, but I know its not "my" pile, so I don't get bothered anymore. Weird, but its working!
Haha...
I would also put some hot tea in the bottom most cup so that the steam escapes from the sides and it looks surreal :P.....
I used to be kicked out a lot from my kitchen.......
BTW - rlog bolled you....
@ceedy LOL :) Now making the tea is completely my job, so he won't get to do that ;) My guy never gets kicked out, he is a really good (and neat and clean) cook, so I heave a sigh of relief when he decides to take over :)
are I am a good cook too..its just that I love to play and have some fun....and that used to make someone jittery.....:(
@ceedy :( Thats sad. My husband also plays and fools around,(as you can see :) but I am mostly a very willing audience to his antics.
@ Ceedy, but now you are master of your kitchen, so go for it!!
lolz... see how we men can make a u smile with their antics...
i am dead sure that all men would have done the same... sum might have been a little over enthusiastic and managed t o break sum as well....
hahah..thats soo cute!:-)
next time u build on his tower..dont demolish it!
@ceedy on second thoughts, just move here, you and him can happily take over my kitchen, I don't mind at all ;)
@samby There is a reason those cups and saucers are made of plastic ;)
@ekta Yessir :) I did provide the foundation for this tower though!
Oh i see...that sounds amazing..havin a garden all by urself n that too in US.
Heh.This is *creatively* funny!i mean it's so cute!not the tower ,the endeavour.
Ah! Men. =P

Awwww...so cute :)

@ aneri
Thanks for the invite - after we are done cooking maybe I can also help you remodel the mess and the blast we will create :)
@ solitaire
yeah am going for it - have become better staying here for so long...and it is the best stress buster - mixing and matching ingrediants from different world cuisines....more like fusion food
@mez..actually it is not unusual at all for home-owners here to maintain elaborate yards. In fact some communities have rules that you HAVE to have a pretty yard!
